that is a proxy for IntelliJ; you will need to separately set it for Gradle.

please don’t send pictures.  A screen capture of relevant portions or ideally formatted paste of error messages is far easier to consume.

what have you tried to set the proxy to?  Presumably there is a corporate proxy e.g. `<https://proxy.myorg:8080>` or somesuch.
