Not an Android guy here, but I'd say the error is pretty meaningful, isn't it? I'd say you reference the resource

mipmap/ic_launcher

in your

AndroidManifest.xml

but it is not found. If you need further help, I guess you should ask in some flutter or Android community, or at least in #CJYS1DAP5 or #C03EM93810S, resp. post a link to this question there. 🙂
