I keep on trying to make a new project in android studios and every time I get this error I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application but nothing seems to work. if someone can help me with this problem I'd be grateful.

How can you expect to get help from anyone? You did not share any information. Except that you think you have a problem with AS which then would mean it is off-topic here.
