If you did, you would have found many threads regarding this issue here already and also in the forum and in the end the two issues https://github.com/gradle/gradle/issues/28475 and https://github.com/gradle/gradle/issues/27844 so you probably need to downgrade Gradle or disable your anti-virus on those directories.
