i am trying to upload my expo project .. and cant resolve this error , i tried to fix this error by upgrading the version o core or adding a version of sdk , someone can help me with this ?

Please never anywhere share screenshots of text if you only want to share the text and not something additional like colors or IDE annotations. Text in images is hard to read, especially in mobile, very hard to copy, and nearly impossible to search for. Regarding the problem, I'm not into Android development at all, but I'd say that

you try to use is not compatible with the Android Gradle Plugin version you are using. You might need to ask in an Expo-community to get more substantial help.
