The error message is quite explicit, isn't it? This should not happen and if it does, you should report it Android Gradle Plugin developers.

Is thare is any way to fix it or how many times it well take to update plugins?

I have no idea, I'm not into Android development, and even if I would be, the message sounds like this does not happen in normal circumstances. Report the issue as advised or search in their bug tracker for an existing issue, then hopefully they can help you or you find some work-around there.
