find one from marketplace... it's made by red hat
and it won't help you with editing .gradle.kts at all
but it will now do your classpath
might work fine with groovy completely, not sure

with the red hat one i have tried creating an account with them so as to download it but the creating account is not responding

I never had to do that for vscode... not the extension from marketplace
I believe you, but no answer for that, I'm not using vscode these days, I've just tried to before

Ok does Android studio have the same issues too or ?

it shouldn't, gradle plugins are built in to the intellij platform

so its safe to link with firebase and avoid all this issues will be by gone

but you shouldn't have problems with android studio and gradle

i just want to use firebase as my back end

ok, I mean, I'm sure thats fine... I don't use firebase and I use idea ultimate. I don't know if firebase support is included in android studio, or how well, if any special (additional) support for it is provided or needed for it at all.
I'd say give it a go and see how it comes out

if it fails i will have to look for another backend option aws, mysql

right, yeah, I mean, that's a different problem from gradle extension missing
and probably has nothing to do with gradle
if you still need help you should provide more information than a picture of your screen with a cell phone
