I remember seeing a post on this by Anton Malinkskiy from when he was trying to do this for Talaiot. The tldr; was that build scans are not a part of the gradle build process and jumping hoops is required to get the link.

You can get it programmatically in

buildScan.buildScanPublished

. We write it to a properties file, include it in metadata, etc.
