You use component metadata rules to fix attributes / variants / dependencies / ...

i read those but I am not sure how to pick out the variants I want.  The docs say to use `all` or `withModule` but I am not sure how to differentiate to add the metadata since AGP is making  the components

do you have a sample or know how to get info about the component after its been created?

Oh, I think I misunderstood.
I thought on the consumer side.
But you mean on the actual producer side.

I have no idea how the AGP does it, as I'm not into Android dev so far.
But I guess it declares consumable configurations for those variants.
And you probably have to add disambiguating attributes to those configurations.
