gradle plugins can fail on parallel if you have a lot

is that with the latest version of the plugin publishing plugin? they just released 1.0

I haven't tried with 1.0.0 because I haven't a lot of plugins now in the same repo

Everything was working fine until it wasn't 😅 Looks like at a certain point, running things in parallel causes issues with nexus

in my case all plugins were published correctly in nexus but after that they failed in portal
