where's the doc page for creating a custom Gradle distribution, so that you can package plugins inside it so they're automatically available?

<@U05211W7T1U> can you share some insights what happened to it? It is still linked from some pages, the content is still in Git, nowhere in the repository the string "This page has been removed" is found. But the deployed site says the page was removed without any information why or where the content went to. :confused:

Have found a few pages like that on 8.8 docs - submitted feedback on the supplied form, not sure that goes anywhere <@U05211W7T1U>  perhaps that feedback could be tracked down.
