I remember finding a gradle doc somewhere showing to package an old classpath plugin into a version catalog to use it via alias. Unfortunately I am unable to find this

Let me explain my use case better. In my project the only plugin that still relies on the old classpath plugin addition is Shot. I would like to package it up for the use via plugins block and alias.
I remember figuring out a way to do this but I can't find it
