Each build would have its initialization phase be independent from each other, right? So you could cut down on overall initialization time

Yes, but 90% of the time no configuration time happens at all, so overall it seems faster

How did it cut down the overall init time if the same init was done just in several projects? Or do you mean when you did not need to build everything but just a part
