So are you using 
gradlew
to run the build? Because then "Gradle version" is 5.6.2, not 8.4. Any installed Gradle version is irrelevant, I usually do not even have any Gradle version installed as exclusively use the wrapper and consider any build that does not have it buggy. 🙂
But besides that, well, the error says you somewhere have 
file://
protocol but try to configure authentication for it which cannot work.
Did you do what the error message further on suggests you?

This is some part of build.gradle file which I think is creating problem

But I am searching out the way to fix it
I tried changing java version to 11,12 using sdkman or jenv. But didn't work 🙂

Why should changing Java version change anything? It tells you that you do faulty configuration by trying to set authentication for something with 
file
URL. Those classes, while legacy and discouraged style, should not have any relation. You probably more declared a repository in 
pluginManagement
in your settings script with authentication but being a local repository or something like that.
And the instrctions I talked about are using 
--stacktrace
to eventually see where the error is coming from exactly and / or 
--scan
to get proper build insights.

My Issue is resolved. Actually it was of setting Java Artifact 🙂 thanks @Vampire in my .zshrc. file
