FYI, it seems like JFrog has rolled back/fixed this on their side.
Previously failing dependencies are working again, but please let us know if you still seem something odd.

The original dependency (https://jcenter.bintray.com/com/facebook/react/react-native/0.71.0-rc.0/react-native-0.71.0-rc.0-release.aar) appears to be available from JCenter again too
