Please do not split topics across several threads. This makes following the conversation in the threads view very hard as the context of the other messages is missing. If you have additional information either edit the original message or post to its thread. Regarding the problem, what do you mean with "at runtime"? Do you mean when running your Android app, or when running the build? Either way, whatever is run there, tries to access the file
C:\android.lock
and misses permissions. So either the file is there and you don't have permission to read or modify it, or the file is not there, but you don't have permission to create it or similar. If it is during executing the build, follow the big fat advice and look at / provide
--stacktrace
and / or
--scan
output.
