No, I'm saying if you are a paying customer I guess you have some way to get support, called "support channel" as a generic term. I didn't mean Slack channel there 😄

I just used a generic term as I have no idea concretely as I'm not a paying customer and not a Gradle employee, just a normal user. 🙂
