Dependencies that are marked as "optional" in a pom are only informational. They are completely ignore by Maven and Gradle. Not even their versions influence resolution.

The lib is <https://github.com/hantsy/togglz/blob/master/core/pom.xml#L33>  when includes the togglz into our project, build the project, it will includes the these two graalvm related jars.

Can you show an <https://stackoverflow.com/help/mcve|MCVE> that reprocudes the behavior?
The release of togglz-core does not even have the optional graalvm dependency declared.
