I'm getting an unresponsive page every time I try to open a dashboard. Something is causing it to hang, and it just sits like that forever. Is there any way you can check why it's happening? I'm guessing a specific table/chart that's causing this, but I can't see anything in console log

I wanted to double check some on logic on WDF and UDF filters If A user is added to a child workspace using a WDF filter and a UDF filter in the parent workspace. If I add them to both, the WDF and the UDF filters are both applied and I don't need to worry that the user will have access to the parent workspace because they are in that workspace as well

Hi Team, I have a question about our income by date visualization, where we are using a time over time comparison for the data related to this year and last year. However, there is an issue - where both the lines representing this year and the last display this year's month on the tooltip, but different values for the sum. Should it not display the corresponding year for the data point?

Are the alert emails able to be re-branded (custom colors, logo, etc)?

Also a very annoying 🐞 when entities are removed from the LDM there are inconsistent behaviours. 1. its hard to track down all the different attributes that are affected to mitigate/migrate 2. breaks Vizs completely making it hard to recover them 3. when being used in the dashboard level filter it does not allow you to save a dashboard ☝️ ☝️ ☝️ This one is particularly annoying to resolve - STEPS 1. Go to the affected viz (you have to download the dashboard JSON to reverse engineer it) 2. click on the affected viz filters 3. toggle them all on off - then 🙏 and save

Hey we are having an issue where we are getting the error sorry cannot find this visualisation but the visualisation ID exists & we can also query it from the API. This is happening to all visualisations. Although, when they are added on the dashboard I can view them but if I got to Analyze and try to edit & view them it’s throwing this error. We made some changes to the data model but we reverted it, so ideally it should work now. Steps taken so far. • We have refreshed the cache as well. • Reverted data model changes Sample insight ID - a89bdd5e-33e4-4e0c-8a60-3a85ec669cb0 Any idea what we are missing? Would setting up LDM from scratch again resolve this issue?

Hi, We are thinking on having some User Data Filters for our managers, but started to consider performance impact when using filter expression

with a huge collection of User IDs, the performance would usually degrade in this scenario but we want to better understand it, in case there are any internal mechanism to improve this already in place, as the data filter only allows a MAQL string. Also, can we consider that this IN clause is directly passed to the SQL statement?

I received some feedback from one of my customers requesting a capability I think would be beneficial for the GD Platform. the request is two-fold: 1. The ability to edit a scheduled export's dashboard filters after the schedule has been created (currently the user is required to delete the schedule and recreate it from scratch with different filters) 2. Have the ability to toggle reports on and off (again, currently the user is required to delete the schedule if they do not want it to be sent out, even temporarily)
