This is awesome. I know at my company the expectation is that you only refer someone who you can really vouch for. I'm hesitant to sign up because I couldn't refer someone I got matched with. Is there anything planned to bridge that gap?

So I know different companies have different expectations. Some companies are fine with a referral that is qualified "this is someone from my community who looks like a decent fit, although I don't know them personally". I do also have a way for the referrer to request an intro chat with the applicant before submitting anything, so you can meet them and feel them out. You can also say the person made a good impression when you met and seems to know their stuff.

Sure. So what happens is that the seeker finds a job they like at your company, then click a button which sends a request to your email. If you want to meet, you message them through the app to set up a call, or contact directly depending on privacy preferences.

Does it really need to be a work email? I'd rather get contacted through my private email
