Seems like Right Capital doesn't allow/support sync with Marcus by Goldman Sachs account or Fidelity Net Benefits 401k. Is there are workarounds or this is a known issue? Both are not minor banks, they are big players in this area so I was surprised.

One of your clients reached out to us, Sochy Eisenberg, about trying to link their Fidelity account via account aggregation. Per company policy, we are not allowed to directly communicate with clients, only advisors. Can you have the client try to clear all cookies and cache within their web browser, try Google Chrome, and if these two steps do not work, they can try to link the account through the mobile app!

I tried using incognito so I think I already covered that. But wow they are on top of their game.
