I don’t find it frustrating. It sounds like you just need to look how to use it or have someone help you. I don’t quite understand your question about having a budget item called Amazon. Every thing you spend should be in a category that is relevant to what it is. If you buy shampoo on Amazon then put the category as Toiletries, if food then food etc. I don’t think it is the app’s fault here. There’s just understanding how to use it.
