I’m not sure the relevant there. Most people don’t do lots of things before people show them how/why to do it. They can do teshuva for not being part of frum.finance, its okay.

I don't think you can do that. You can email someone an invite to a specific chat by clicking add members then putting in an email address, but you can only make links for the whole workspace
