On the one hand, my mental health is better when I sleep more. On the other, our finances suffer when I sleep more, because I've been accomplishing that by taking a 1-2 hour nap during work hours after getting the kids off to school.
Obviously the simple answer would be to go to sleep earlier.
But my circadian rhythm is set to me not feeling sleepy between 10-12pm right now - I'm not sure if that's how I naturally, am or if I just messed it up by staying up too late? Is there a way to fix that?
Also I have a baby who likes to wake up about midnight ...
And a side job that's pretty difficult to do without staying up late ...
