. regarding your earlier question about agents being specific to a workflow—that's not the case.

@boundless-grass-11734 looking at more detail, we don't think this change requires an RFC. One of the goals of the Agents framework is to enable contributions that don't have to deal with changes to the core of flyte/flytekit. Please let us know any outstanding question on how to get started or if we need to meet again, including some of the maintainers to expand the info. Thanks!

Hi everybody, sorry for the extended absence here while we were working on some high-priority infra migrations at Stripe. I was wondering if we could get that Flyte agent demo scheduled for us sometime soon? Later this week or early next? cc- @average-finland-92144, @brash-london-45337 Specifically, we are looking at getting some of these questions answered: 1. How are these agent tasks routed to the Agent service? Will there be a node bootstrap to start executing the workflow first? 2. An example deployment of a service. Will this a service within the Flyte cluster? Can we deploy outside of it? 3. Can other external services use this agent to talk to sagemaker? 4. How does this work in a local mode? 5. Any quirks with registration when registering Flyte agent tasks?
