Question about Otel's proto-c library inclusion: I am looking to add Kinesis Producer Library, KPL, support for the stream's plugin and need to either: 1. Take a dependency on proto-c (may make duplicate symbols in each plugin) 2. Write the generated code required for KPL with the expectation it would not change in the future or require an update to a newer version (hasn't been updated in ~11 years 😆)
