I am using opentelemetry input plugin to ingest OTLP HTTP protobuf format metrics and then print them to pods logs using stdout output plugin.
However, when I send exponentialHistogram metrics, they are not getting printed to stdout.
Does the opentelemetry  input plugin not support exponentialHistogram metrics?

we are shipping exp histograms with v5 (tomorrow)

is the v5 released? if so wanted to confirm if exp histograms are now supported by the opentelemetry input plugin.
