hey I have a question about the Otel output <https://docs.fluentbit.io/manual/data-pipeline/outputs/opentelemetry>

The example uses some properties that I don't find the meaning (explanation) for instance:

```logs_severity_text_message_key: loglevel```
I guess that we have to specify the field in the record that contains the actual log level?

I think <@U06FN01D6MN> has been working hard at making sure everything is documented so he may have it in hand already.
However, you can also get help output per plugin to hopefully give you some more insight as well.

e.g.
```docker run --rm -it fluent/fluent-bit -o opentelemetry --help```


In this case, yes this is to select the field you want for OTEL "Severity"
