is there a way to change this from 'Evidence' to the name of the app, it feels to me like the Evidence logo should be down here with the Settings and the nav title should be the name of the app/company to make it clear that clicking that will take you to the index page ? just my vibes.

This is a good idea. There isn’t a way to configure this yet, but we can add it.
