12/12/2025, 8:39 AM.html file is uploaded to a bucket it's not sent on slack".
I checked my GCS folder, and there's an index.html file already, so i'm confused as to why then it would send that html file to Slack.kapa.ai

12/12/2025, 8:39 AMindex.html in GCS does not guarantee that Elementary will skip the Slack attachment in all versions / setups. There have been cases where: - Report uploads to GCS succeed, and - Slack still gets the HTML attachment. [[Bug discussion](https://elementary-community.slack.com/archives/C02CTC89LAX/p1686211101363219)] 2. The reliable, supported way to prevent the HTML file from being sent to Slack is exactly what you’re already trying: --disable html_attachment. [[Disable attachment](https://elementary-community.slack.com/archives/C02CTC89LAX/p1681901376691479)] The knowledge sources don’t provide a definitive rule that “if index.html exists in GCS, the attachment will never be sent”; instead, they show that this behavior has been inconsistent across versions and configurations, and that --disable html_attachment is the explicit control you should rely on.
