09/12/2025, 4:27 PM--select last_invocation or specify an invocation_id, the Elementary report will only include data from that specific invocation (i.e., the last dbt test or run you executed). It does not support combining multiple invocations (e.g., showing both the last dbt test and the last dbt run together in a single report). The report is filtered to a single invocation, and there isn’t a built-in way to select multiple invocations at once. If you run only a dbt test, only those test results will appear; if you run only a dbt run, only those results will appear. There is no command like edr report --select two_last_invocation or similar at this time. To include both, you would need to run all desired tests and models in a single dbt command so they share the same invocation ID, then generate the report for that invocation [Generate observability report](https://docs.elementary-data.com/oss/guides/generate-report-ui), [Slack discussion](https://slack.com/archives/C02CTC89LAX/p1704446422070929). ### 2. Showing Data for the Last 30 Days (Tests/Run/Build) To display data for the last 30 days (or any custom period), use the --days-back flag when generating the report: edr report --days-back 30 This will include all test and run results from the past 30 days in the dashboard, not just the last invocation. This is the recommended way to see a broader history in your report [Slack answer](https://slack.com/archives/C02CTC89LAX/p1699009117530779), [Slack answer](https://slack.com/archives/C02CTC89LAX/p1686465000985369). ### Summary - To show only the last dbt test and last dbt run together: Not currently possible unless both are executed in the same dbt command/invocation. - To show data for the last 30 days: Use edr report --days-back 30. If you need more advanced filtering (e.g., intersection of selectors), this is a known feature request and not yet supported [GitHub issue](https://github.com/elementary-data/elementary/issues/1686).
