@kapa.ai I think my problem of my generic test not showing up in the report has to do with the fact that the query references multiple models. I can override the null value for model name using override_primary_test_model_id, however can I also override the table_name in elementary_test_results table?

Based on the available knowledge sources, you can override the model association for a singular test in Elementary by using the
override_primary_test_model_id
config, which ensures the test is linked to a specific model and its table name appears in the UI and reports. However, there is no documented way to directly override or set the
table_name
field itself in the
elementary_test_results
table. The documentation and support discussions only mention overriding the model association, not the table name field specifically. If you need the table name to appear, the recommended approach is to set the correct
model_unique_id
using the
override_primary_test_model_id
config, as this will associate the test with the intended model and, by extension, its table name in the UI and reports:
Copy code
jinja {{ config(     override_primary_test_model_id="model_unique_id" ) }}
There is no mention in the knowledge sources of a separate configuration or override for the
table_name
field itself in the
elementary_test_results
table. If you require more granular control, such as setting the table name directly, this is not currently supported according to the documentation and support threads available [Troubleshooting Guide](https://docs.elementary-data.com/cloud/guides/troubleshoot). If this functionality is critical for your use case, you may consider submitting a feature request to the Elementary team.
