Another suggestion is to highlight the column that failed the test. Also for table with more than 5 columns it would be great if when I open the test detail accordion it would auto scroll to that column.

@Marek Vigaš thanks for the willingness to contribute to the project! we really appreciate it 🙏 the frontend code is in a different repository since most of our users do not feel comfortable with FE code so unfortunately currently it's not possible. That said, we would really love to see you contributing to other parts of elementary. Specifically for this use case, our product team (Hadar and Adam) will start by scoping this from the UX / product perspective and then will probably followup with you to hear your feedback.
