I got this error when I ran out of memory. I was running the command from a container without enough resources.

@Henrique Oliveira - Thanks for response. In my case also it’s running for couple of days and failing after that in prod. How did you fix it ? We are using gitlab cicd to schedule dbt jobs.

I increased the amount of resources for each pod, in my case I'm using airflow and K8s operator, so it's quite easy to increase memory. I'm not sure on how to proceed using gitlab.

edr.log

file generated. Can you share a bit more info regarding how exactly your pipeline looks like? what are the commands running and where? and any other info can be good

Sure. Actually the elementary Job is running for 2 days successfully in prod and after that it’s failing at this step “elementary_cli.get_models_runs". Sometimes job is stuck at this step and running for longer time and throws above error. Below Command we are using : edr report —project-name curated -t curated —env prod —days-back 60 —profiles-dir edr_config/ —project-dir .

Hmmm, 60 days back is a long time, so this might be a memory issue, how much memory do your Gitlab runners have?
