Hello! I am new to elementary and dbt but trying to set up and run in dev before i deploy. I went through all the instillation instructions online but when i run

edr report

i get this error. seems like there is a hopefully simple setting somewhere i am running into but can not seem to locate it. has anyone run into this before? I was able to successfully create and run the tables and can see them in my db, just wont let me hit the report.

Hi Lara! Happy to hear you are trying out both Elementary and dbt. It's a fun journey! 🙂 It looks like the flag

--quiet

is being passed in (somewhere). Since you say that you only do

edr report

I'm guessing this flag is coming from some configuration in your dbt project (or is it a fresh dbt install?). Generally speaking it is not advised using flags as an input to configurations. You can however use DBT_QUIET as an env variable. I tested this and it works. More info here: https://docs.getdbt.com/reference/global-configs/about-global-configs
