any recommendations on dealing with protobuf? technically I can convert to json, but would like to convert to structured type automatically for easier access.

Are the protobufs stored as individual files in object store or inline inside of something like a parquet file

Column in a parquet file. For my use case I was able to use a udf to manipulate into a simpler form and specify the output struct. But was curious if I wanted to just get the actual prototype back in an easier to use format
