hi all , may I know anyone encountered this after upgrading to v0.10.0?
Validation error (FieldUndefined@[searchResultFields/datasetProfiles/sizeInBytes]) : Field 'sizeInBytes' in type 'DatasetProfile' is undefined (code undefined)
thanks
b
hey! so this error is because your frontend is trying to query for a field through the graphql api that the GMS backend doesn't think exists yet. the way this happens is when your gms schema is behind your frontend schema. something may have gone wrong when upgrading your containers and your GMS pod didn't start up fully or properly. can you try redeploying your GMS pods with the upgrade and ensure it's up and healthy?

any cleanup batch job in k8s that can somehow solves that issue? no specific things found at my end when upgrading the containerrs
b
not specific to this issue as far as I know. could you try a redeploy and see if that results in a cleaner upgrade where backend and frontend are on the same page?

Hi @alert-traffic-45034, did you fix it ? I meet same problem with you when upgrade v0.10.0
a
hi @bumpy-eye-36525 , sorry that I haven't dived into it . I downgraded to older version for quick fix and had it resumed ASAP
maybe you can try to clear the persisted content of ES / kafka / DB if it's still in dev
b
@alert-traffic-45034 Thank you but I want to test in case upgrade version, so i can't clear DB 😅
a
yup, understood

@alert-traffic-45034 Problems is difference between front end and gms, I fixed it by change to same version 0.10.0
