Hi, I am trying to upgrade from version 8.6 to 10.0.0 - using docker containers, postgres db and Elastics search both hosted with AWS. I managed to run datahub docker quickstart -f docker-compose-file.yml and get it to work but none of my data is showing. I have also moved to a new Elastic search domain. I can see the data in the database but it is not showing in datahub. Any thoughts?

Hi @salmon-jordan-53958, do you have a lot of data on your instance? the upgrade to 0.10.0 starts an elasticsearch reindex which might affect visibility while it’s running- it takes a little bit, so let me know if you’re still experiencing this in a few hours!

Yes - to determine if this is indeed the case you can check the

datahub-upgrade

container (which should be progressively running the reindexing)

Thank you both. Okay thanks, one of the issues I had is my elastic search is in AWS and requires username & password, which datahub-upgrade does not have an .env for in the docs. i.e. ELASTICSEARCH_USERNAME
