Hi, I am self hosting Datahub via docker. Basic setup using AWS postgres & Aws elastic search (via opensearch). However my elastic search instance has a password, is there an environment variable for the datahub-upgrade container. This might have been missed out of the documentation as there is no mention of it and I am getting errors. I would have assumed it to be something like :- ELASTICSEARCH_USERNAME=${ELASTICSEARCH_USERNAME} - ELASTICSEARCH_PASSWORD=${ELASTICSEARCH_PASSWORD}

HI @salmon-jordan-53958, thanks for the note on docs- the password here is actually a k8s secret
In the values.yml here a global ElasticSearch auth reads 2 values: User, and then a secret_ref and secret_key. The helm chart needs to point towards that k8s secret I mentioned

Hi Paul, I am using Docker not with K8s. So are you saying that I do not need it?

HI @salmon-jordan-53958, I think @incalculable-ocean-74010 might be able to speak to that!

Hello Daniel, What are you trying to run the datahub-upgrade for? Is there a particular process you are trying to run?
Note that running DataHub just with docker is not a supported deployment model. There will likely be rough edges you will find and need to handle. I would highly suggest you use Kubernetes for production deployments.

Okay, I will start to move to K8s. Thanks
