Hey folks! I am trying to publish metadata to datahub using the OpenAPI interface. I understand I need to generate the API and the model classes using a codegen tool of my choosing. Can someone recommend a good codegen tool they have used for this purpose and if possible sample code to demonstrate? I tried using the openapi-generator but I am running into some compilation issues. Any help would be appreciated

hey Eric! which language were you hoping to use for your codegen tool? If it's Java, we use Swagger internally and those models are published with our SDK so you don't actually have to do the code gen there if you want to use that

we've also heard that code gen tools for open API are notoriously difficult to work with :grimacing:

Hi <@U03BEML16LB>. How about Rust? I was about to use `openapi-generator` for Rust Emitter component. But it seems doesn’t work, there are a lot of mismatches, import failed, serde tag failed, and so on.  Any suggestions? Thanks.
