we are facing the issue in the Lineage where only partial linage is showed up in the UI. like for example there are 4 up streams for a Dataset but in UI it displayed only 2 other 2 is missing . In the Sql it shows 4 upstreams . Any Idea what is causing this ?

1. where in the UI are these 2 not showing up? the lineage tab or the lineage graph visualization?
2. do all 4 of those entities exist in mysql? like as their own entities, not just a reference urn from the upstreamLineage aspect you're looking at
3. are the 2 entities missing soft-deleted?

1. we're currently experiencing a bug where the lineage tab doesn't load, but they don't appear in our graph database (neo4j)

01/12/2023, 8:34 PMhmm interesting, can you explain some more on the bug you're seeing where the lineage tab doesn't load? as in the tab is disabled or when you click the tab no contents load?

01/12/2023, 10:00 PMwhen we click the tab it take some time and pop up message "Failed to load results ! An unexpected error occurred" stay in same page with no data in the lineage. if we click the visualizationLineage then it shows the Lineage.

01/12/2023, 10:05 PMgotcha. are you able to get the logs from GMS and see what error it was that caused that? or even if you open up your network tab on your browser and find the graphql query with the error message in the response payload that could also be helpful

01/16/2023, 9:49 PMhey geetha! i gotcha. how do you know there are 5 upstreams? does it say that in the UI or do you just know from how you know your data? and do you know anything about those 3 that are missing? could they potentially be soft deleted?

01/19/2023, 4:40 PMHello Chris Collins, Today i tried my adding the entry into the neo4j manually for that dataset , then we are able to see that lineage in the UI. can you please suggest what is causing issue for not loading the edges/relationships in neo4j?
