Hi, how can I reset the column descriptions which were edited? I removed ingestion of target database and re-ingested it, but table and column remained same. Edited descriptions still appeared. I want description of column and table to change to ones written in original databases.

How do you remove the dataset? Are you using any of these --soft or --hard flags?

hey there! so you have a description on a column that was originally ingested, but then you edited that description, and now you want to show the original description that came with the entity when it was ingested? all you need to do is simply delete the existing description that was edited! then your original description that was ingested will show

ohh okay I understand. what version of datahub are you on right now? I know in an older version sometimes the edit icon would get cut off in these schema field descriptions depending on how long it is and your screen width, however we put a fix out for it in the last couple of versions

@bulky-soccer-26729 The version of my datahub is v.0.9.2. The latest version is v.0.9.5, right? Then should I update the version?

yup! just found the fix and it was merged two months ago, so the fix for this UI bug came out in v0.9.3
