**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**

_As a Data Steward, I want to see a template that guides me to put necessary information that follow our company standards._

_As a Data Governance responsible, I want to make sure the Data Stewards have followed pre-defined template while editing description for a dataset. In case mandatory information isn’t added, system shouldn’t allow to submit information._

**Describe the solution you'd like**

_In case dataset doesn’t have description available in source system, it should be possible to add a template that becomes the guide for Data Stewards. Then it’d nice to define mandatory fields in the template that can be enforced during add/edit operation._

**Describe alternatives you've considered**

_Manually adding such text template to all relevant datasets but there is no way to make sure that template is enforced._

**Additional context**

_A few teams in our organization, maintain their documentation about datasets on wiki/confluence where they have enforced such template. In order to migrate from confluence to datahub they have demanded this feature._
