Hello, I tried adding a new custom platform following these instructions: https://datahubproject.io/docs/how/add-custom-data-platform/ Then I loaded some dataflow, datajobs and lineage information associated with this platform. In the home page I cannot see the new platform in the platform list. Is this normal ?

Hi @acoustic-rose-68681, how did you ingest your custom platform? If the custom platform was ingested correctly, it should display on the UI when you loaded the dataflow, datajobs, etc… associated with it.

hey Daniele! so the platforms on the home page aren't actually an exhaustive list of platforms on your datahub instance, it's technically your "top platforms", I believe showing a max of 12. if you search "*" and look at the filters on the side and expand the Platforms section you should see everything there!

It is showing only four, but it is not really important. We are doing a POC to get people interested and it would have been nice to show all our platforms on the home page. We'll do a demo anyway. Thanks !

hm gotcha yeah that's a little odd. and you are seeing it in filters when doing a star search? but good luck with your POC and demo! let us know if we can help any more
