Hey! Is there any way of controlling what a user can view in the UI? I deactivate all the default policies for "READERS", so a user with the READER role cant access anything, (Dataset. domain, etc), but still can see all of those listed there....

Hi @acceptable-alarm-65116, so if I am not mistaken that is something that they are currently working on and it is called "Saved Filters". I can't seem to find the demo that @big-carpet-38439 did, maybe he can give you more info about it.

Hey, thanks for the answers!
I have followed the access policy guide you mention @astonishing-answer-96712.
Maybe I am doing sth wrong, but I want is the users to only see (Datasets, Platforms, Domains, etc) that they belong or have permissions to see.
The best I have been able to achieve is that a user still can see that there are X number of Datasets, but when he/she clicks on one, gets an "Unauthorize" warning from the UI. Not great from the UX perspective though.
I think this is what I am looking for: https://feature-requests.datahubproject.io/roadmap/943

Ah, I think this is actually closer to our upcoming “views” feature.
Views was merged yesterday, and documentaton is forthcoming!

Thanks!
