We're in Bolt are looking for talented people to help us build our BI and Data tools! 📈Senior BI Analyst / BI Team Lead Your daily adventures will include: — Set from scratch a systematic approach for reporting across multiple analytical teams — Design a high-level dashboards architecture for business units — Lead by example and create top notch dashboards for most crucial parts of business — Be a mentor and spoken person for promoting data and visualization culture across the company — Create and curate content governance process — Building and maintaining strategic collaborations with internal and external partners We are expecting that you: — Have an deep experience with BI projects and tools (Looker and Tableau preferred) — Know how to understand, decompose and prioritize business stakeholders requirements — Can carefully discuss and set tasks with collaboration with developer teams — Understand data visualization concepts and designs — Experience with advanced SQL and Python is a plus _________________________ ⚙️ Analytics Engineer Your daily adventures will include: — Gather and analyse requirements for analytical data pipeline, data marts, ETLs and instruments for Delivery business — Check new requirements to be aligned with current requirements to data transformations and DWH architecture, find mislalignments and bottlenecks, suggest solutions in questionable situations — Model DWH entities tied to Delivery business and apply it to the current model — Check resulted data marts and reports to align with requirements and data quality standarts — Describe artefacts in corporate Confluence - contribute to marts and metrics glossary, visualize complicated solutions with schemes and graphs — Be proactive and watchful - manage stakeholder expectations, translate RQs to developers, see bottlenecks and risks to achieve expected business impact We are expecting that you: — Have an experience with DWH projects — Know how to understand, decompose and prioritize business stakeholders requirements — Can carefully discuss and set tasks with collaboration with developer teams — Understand Data Vault, Kimball / Inmon, OLAP/OLTP systems - thier respective advantages and disadvantages, usage patterns and user stories — Know advanced SQL and know how the databases are working from the inside — Experience with dbt, Airflow and Kafka is a plus ____________________ 📞 Contacts Maksar Shipkhineev Telegram — @mssssssssss Mail — maksar.shipkhineev@bolt.eu
