What does datahub suggest to deal with non-structural data like zip files. Is datahub able to manage them?

For non-structured data you can take a look at "Data lake files" and "S3 Data Lake" sources.

I think files like json or csv are considered semi-structural 😂

Those are for extracting schema. If you have other types, dataset will be created without any schema
