I use Git-Bash from the Git SDK to follow these instructions on Windows 10 with minimal changes Sometimes you need to prefix commands with "winpty " which is an adaptor between a unix like console and the git-bash console. For the DataHub quickstart you need to make sure you have installed pypiwin32 properly (there is a post install step)
