It seems like the json decoder fails to decode the catalog file:

<s3://dev-edc-dbt/dbt_catalog.json>

Please, can you check if it is a valid json?

If we have multiple manifest file like manifest_1 and mainfest_2 Then in path can we access both by giving *?

Currently this is not supported unfortunatelly

Can we expect in newer versions ?
