Anyone using Datahub for Salesforce? I have a large salesforce instance alongside data ecosystem. Do you know or anyone tried to load lineage from SF objects and reports into Datahub?

Hi, I have done some work on integrating Salesforce metadata into DataHub. I will raise a PR for the same tomorrow. With the PR, one can ingest Salesforce standard and custom objects along with table level profiles. Wondering, what sort of things were you looking for in terms of lineage ? If you can share some example usecases that would be great.

@hundreds-photographer-13496 thanks for reaching out, my main use case is just looking at Einstein/Tableau+ reports link/lineage to objects in SF at this stage. Treating Einstein/Tableau+ in SF like a BI tool source in Datahub

@mammoth-dinner-7870, - or anyone that may see this response - while this thread is over 1 year old, our organization is currently reviewing our recent Salesforce ingestion to DataHub. We noticed that several key components are not available during the basic ingestion, namely Lineage, Queries, or general stats on the object (screen image below is from Snowflake that offers much more information which we're interested to achieve). We understand column profiling is not available, and perhaps lack of info on Queries may be due to some other limitation we're not aware. Interested if you had the same experience and if you were able to enrich Salesforce in DataHub? I realize it may be a general question, however any feedback or tips on experience would be appreciated.
